• Short Term Training Programs 3 months
• (Assistant Plumber, Electrical Appliance Repairer, Junior Building
• Electrician, Mobile Phone Repairer and Computer Operator)

DISTRIBUTION OF ADMISSION FORM

The applicant can receive the form from MREC office or authorized centers by paying the fee structured by CTEVT.

ELIGIBILITY FOR ADMISSION

• The applicant should have clean academic record throughout his/ her education in school life.
• The applicant from general stream SLC or SEE passed / equivalent to SLC / SEE or Pre-Diploma passed with an aggregate of 68.33٪ from CTEVT (for Diploma level).
• All applicants must satisfy the entrance requirements of CTEVT, Nepal.
• Admission is through personal interview.

REQUIREMENTS OF APPLICANT

• Photocopy of academic certificates – (2 copies each).
• Photocopy of citizenship certificate – (2 copies).
• Photocopy of domicile certificate or valid passport for foreign applicant – (2 copies).
• Recent taken colour passport size photo – (4 pieces).
• Entrance exam fee of CTEVT - as per CTEVT notice.

SCHOLARSHIP & FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE

MREC offers a range of scholarships to needy students as financial assistance. The scholarship is provided to 10% of the total number of students. The scholarship for the first semester student is determined on the basis of obtained percentage marks of scholarship examination conducted by MREC. Its objectives are -

• Better gender participation.
• 25% scholarship in tuition fee to all female students as a token for empowerment of women through technical education.
• To provide opportunity to meritorious and deserving students to pursue their studies in MREC.
  Note - The selection for scholarship is made on the basis of –
  » Marks in SLC / SEE equivalent to SLC or SEE / Pre-Diploma.
  » Internal Scholarship Test.
  
• College provide 15%, 10% and 5% scholarship in sports who secured respectively First, second and third position in events in one semester of each academic year.

UNIFORM

• Students have to come in sky-blue with white strip line full sleeve shirt, navy blue trouser, black leather shoes with white socks.
• Same dress for girl students. However, they may option for navy blue salwar, sky-blue with white strip line kurta, navy blue dupatta and black leather shoes with white socks.
• Neck tie with badge which will be provided by the college.
• Other than college uniform student will not be permitted to attend classes.
